This apple pie smoothie is a creamy, protein-packed twist on a fall favorite. Blended with apples, almond butter, and warm spices, it’s the perfect cozy drink for breakfast, post-workout, or anytime you crave something sweet and nourishing.
1scoop vanilla protein powder (I personally use Levels Whey Vanilla Protein )
1tablespoonalmond butter
¾cupalmond milk
½teaspooncinnamon
⅛teaspoonnutmeg
½teaspoonvanilla extract
Pinchof salt
Optional: 1–2 Medjool dates for added sweetness and caramel-like flavor
Caramel sauce for drizzling – optionalbut so worth it!
Instructions
Blend the Base – Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Add the Caramel Drizzle – Use a spoon to drizzle caramel sauce inside a chilled glass before pouring in the smoothie.
Pour & Garnish – Pour in the smoothie, then top with a light drizzle of caramel and a sprinkle of cinnamon or even crushed graham crackers for a “pie crust” touch.
Serve Immediately – Enjoy it fresh for the best taste and texture.
