  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar packed
  • ¼ Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • ¼ Tsp Baking Powder
  • Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Chopped Chocolate Chunks plus more for topping
  • 1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar for about 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until fully combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chunks and chocolate chips.
  • Scoop out the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and form it into a ball. The dough will be slightly sticky, so use a spatula to help shape it.
  • Top with extra chocolate chunks for an extra gooey, chocolatey bite.
  • Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Once out of the oven, take a small bowl and gently move it in a circular motion around the cookie to shape it into a perfect round.
