Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Just Meats Buffalo Chicken Breast or 1 lb chicken breast cooked with buffalo sauce
  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cajun cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced (optional, for topping)
  • 1/2 cup crispy fried onions optional, for crunch
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
  • 1 tbsp honey for a subtle sweetness to balance the spice

Instructions
 

  • Cook the Chicken – If using Just Meats Buffalo Chicken Breast, follow package instructions. If using raw chicken, cook by boiling, grilling, or baking until fully cooked. Shred the chicken using two forks or a mixer.
  • Mix the Sauce – In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and honey. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Prepare the Sliders – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Assemble – Lay slices of cheddar cheese over the bottom buns, then top with the buffalo chicken mixture. Sprinkle shredded Cajun cheddar cheese over the chicken.
  • Add Extra Crunch – If desired, sprinkle crispy fried onions over the cheese layer for extra texture.
  • Bake – Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
  • Finish & Serve – Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and minced garlic for extra flavor. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
