Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease 6 muffin cups.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and green onions.
Divide mixture evenly into muffin cups (about ¾ full).
Bake 18–20 minutes, until set in the center.
