Chocolate Cookie Dip
- ¾ cup chocolate pudding mix 5.9 oz box
- 16 oz whipped cream cheese
- ⅔ cup whipped cream from a tub
- ⅔ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
Decorations
- 1 bag milk chocolate melts
- 1 bag white chocolate melts
- 1 bag thin stick pretzels
- 1 box Oreo Thins
- 1 medium banana
- 1 box chocolate-covered cookies such as Keebler Deluxe Grahams
Step 1: Make the Banana Ghosts
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.
Cut a banana in half, peel it, and place the halves on parchment paper.
Spoon melted white chocolate over each banana half, then place in the refrigerator to harden.
Melt a small amount of milk chocolate and use a toothpick to create ghostly eyes and a mouth. Refrigerate again to set.
Step 2: Make the Cookie Gravestones
Step 3: Create the Spooky Tree
Place a dollop of melted milk chocolate on an Oreo.
Press a pretzel stick into the chocolate and hold until slightly firm.
Attach broken pretzel pieces to form branches, using melted chocolate as “glue.” Let it set in the freezer.
Step 4: Prepare the Chocolate Cookie Dip
In a large mixing bowl, whip cream cheese, whipped cream, and chocolate pudding mix together.
Add heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.
Slowly mix in powdered sugar and beat until fluffy.
Step 5: Assemble the Board
Spread the chocolate cookie dip in the center of your board.
Crush 12 Oreos in a food processor and sprinkle over the dip to create “dirt.”
Press the banana ghosts and cookie gravestones into the dip.
Add the spooky tree and extra cookies, pretzels, or fruits around the board for dipping.
Serve and enjoy your delicious, eerie masterpiece!
