Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Epsom salt
  • 1⅔ cups baking soda
  • 2 cups washing soda
  • cup sea salt
  • 20 –30 drops essential oil lavender for relaxing, lemon for refreshing

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Epsom salt, baking soda, washing soda, and sea salt.
  • Add your preferred essential oils and stir thoroughly to incorporate the scent evenly.
  • Transfer the mixture into an airtight container (glass or BPA-free plastic works well).
  • Use a small scoop or tablespoon to measure out the detergent for each load:
  • 1 tablespoon for small or lightly soiled loads
  • 2–3 tablespoons for large or heavily soiled loads
  • This homemade laundry powder detergent works great in both cold and warm water and is safe for HE (high-efficiency) and traditional machines.
  • Optional: Add ¼ cup of white vinegar to the rinse cycle as a natural fabric softener.
