Homemade Star Crunch Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups puffies or rice crispies (I used Prozis protein puffies)
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 cup chocolate chips I used sugar-free ones from Grain-Free Planet

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: puffies, almond butter, vanilla powder, raw honey, and chocolate chips. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture into small mounds and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze the tray for 10 minutes or until the treats are firm to the touch.
  • Enjoy immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week!
