2cupspuffiesor rice crispies (I used Prozis protein puffies)
1/2cupcreamy almond butter
1teaspoonvanilla powder
1/4cupraw honey
1cupchocolate chipsI used sugar-free ones from Grain-Free Planet
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: puffies, almond butter, vanilla powder, raw honey, and chocolate chips. Stir until the mixture is evenly coated.
Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture into small mounds and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze the tray for 10 minutes or until the treats are firm to the touch.
Enjoy immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week!
