Mango Protein Smoothie
This creamy mango protein smoothie is packed with tropical flavor, leafy greens, and 20+ grams of protein, perfect for a post-workout boost or energizing breakfast.
1 cup baby spinach – adds fiber iron, and antioxidants without altering flavor 1 cup frozen mango chunks – rich in vitamin C potassium, and natural sweetness 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice – for creaminess 1 tbsp ground flax seeds – loaded with omega-3s and fiber 1 tsp pure vanilla extract – enhances the flavor with warm vanilla notes 1 scoop vanilla protein powder – adds clean protein and makes it more satisfying I use Levels brand 1 –2 tsp sweetener of choice – optional; adjust based on sweetness preference like honey, maple syrup, or stevia
Add the almond milk, spinach, and flax seeds to the blender first.
Top with frozen mango chunks, vanilla extract, protein powder, and sweetener.
Blend on high for 30–60 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
