Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla Levels protein
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • Mini chocolate chips as desired

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together almond flour, vanilla levels protein, peanut butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and raw honey until a cookie dough-like consistency forms.
  • Carefully slice each Medjool date open and remove the pit.
  • Stuff each date with a spoonful of protein cookie dough mixture.
  • Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips for an extra treat.
  • Store in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before enjoying!
  • Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
