skin removed and cut into bite-sized cubes

low-sodium soy sauce

date syrup
or maple syrup for alternative sweetness

minced garlic

sesame oil

adjust to taste

Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, date syrup, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
Add salmon cubes to the skillet and pour the marinade over them.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to your desired doneness.
Drizzle with lemon juice for added freshness.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
