Strawberry Protein Waffles

These strawberry waffles are crispy, high in protein, and naturally sweetened with monk fruit. Made with real strawberries and vanilla protein, they’re perfect for breakfast or a post-workout snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop @levelsprotein Vanilla Bean Protein
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp monkfruit sweetener
  • 3 tbsp water
  • Diced strawberries

Optional Matcha Drizzle:

  • 1 tsp matcha
  • Honey to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together protein powder, flour, baking powder, monk fruit, egg, and water until the batter is smooth.
  • Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
  • Lightly butter or spray your waffle skillet or waffle iron.
  • Pour in the batter and cook until golden, crisp, and slightly puffed.
  • If desired, whisk matcha and honey for a quick drizzle and pour over warm waffles.
  • Serve with extra strawberries, a dollop of whipped cream, or a drizzle of almond butter.
