  • 1 1/2 tbsp instant yeast

  • 3 cups bread flour, plus more for dusting

  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil

For the Filling:

  • Unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)

For Topping:

  • Extra rosemary, garlic, and cheese for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Activate the Yeast:
    In a small bowl, mix the warm milk, yeast, and 1 teaspoon of the honey. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Prepare the Dough:
