Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar and Colby Jack cheeses. Keep stirring until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the paprika, Cajun seasoning, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Combine and Serve
Remove the cheese sauce from heat. Add the drained pasta to the skillet and toss until every piece is coated in the creamy cheese sauce.
