No Yeast Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls

These no yeast strawberry cinnamon rolls are the perfect quick sweet treat, made without yeast and ready in under an hour! Filled with your favorite strawberry jam and fresh diced strawberries, they’re soft, gooey, and perfect for breakfast, dessert, or whenever a strawberry craving strikes.

Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 cup + 1½ tbsp all-purpose flour plus more for rolling
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg white
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • tbsp oil
  • cup plain Greek yogurt

Strawberry Filling

  • cup strawberry jam homemade or store-bought
  • 8 large strawberries finely diced
  • ½ tbsp granulated sugar sprinkled over strawberries
  • Optional: sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the diced strawberries

Before Baking

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream poured over the rolls

Optional Glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 –3 tbsp milk or heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 6-inch round baking dish or small pan.

Make the dough:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and egg white until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and oil and mix until combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and sugar. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.

Roll out the dough:

  • Lightly flour your work surface and roll the dough into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick.

Add the filling:

  • Spread the strawberry jam evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the diced strawberries evenly on top, then sprinkle ½ tablespoon of sugar over the strawberries.

Roll and slice:

  • Roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice into 4–6 rolls using a sharp knife or unflavored dental floss.

Add the cream:

  • Place the rolls into the prepared baking dish. Pour 2 tablespoons of heavy cream evenly over the rolls before baking.

Bake:

  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the rolls are set and lightly golden.

Glaze (optional):

  • Whisk together powdered sugar and milk or cream until smooth. Drizzle over the warm rolls. These no yeast strawberry cinnamon rolls are best enjoyed warm while the filling is soft and jammy.
