    Are they soft, Iโ€™ve made gingerbread before but mine always turn out so hard.

    1. Yes these are soft! The trick is to not over bake them and not roll the dough too thin. If the cookie is too thin or baked for a longer period of time, it will result in a hard cookie. Hope that helps!
